We deliver your wellness products fresh and fast ❤️
#### 1. FREE DELIVERY
- FREE NATIONWIDE DELIVERY on orders above GHS 650
- Accra: Flat rate or rider fee for orders below GHS 650
- Outside Accra: Courier/GHPost/Intercity bus fee applies for orders below GHS 650
#### 2. DELIVERY AREAS & TIMELINES
- Accra: 1-2 business days
- Other regions in Ghana: 2-4 business days
- Delivery days: Sunday - Friday. No deliveries on Saturdays
- Public Holidays: No deliveries
#### 3. PAYMENT
- Payment before delivery
- We accept Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, and Cash on delivery for Accra only
- Orders are only processed after payment confirmation
#### 4. ORDER PROCESSING & CONFIRMATION
- Orders placed before 2PM are processed same day
- Orders after 2PM + Fridays are processed on Sunday
- Before packaging: We will send you photos/video of your items + expiry date for confirmation
- Once you confirm, we package and dispatch your order
- You’ll get tracking details via DM/WhatsApp once shipped
#### 5. CUSTOMER AVAILABILITY
- Customers must be available and reachable on their phone during delivery hours
- Please answer calls from our rider/courier team
- Ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address
#### 6. FAILED DELIVERY POLICY
- If delivery fails due to customer being unreachable or unavailable:
1. The item will be returned to us
2. You will pay for return shipping + redelivery shipping
3. Failed delivery doubles your original delivery cost
- After 2 failed attempts, order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued
#### 7. LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
- Report within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video
- For courier damage: Raise a dispute and let's settle
- We’re not liable for delays caused by courier companies
#### 8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently not available. We only ship within Ghana.
