RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If you don’t, we’ve got you.

#### 1. CONFIRM BEFORE DELIVERY
- Please inspect your package with the delivery rider before accepting
- Confirm: correct item, bottle seal is intact, expiry date is okay, and no damage
- Once you accept delivery, it means you confirmed the item is in good condition
- Issues found AFTER delivery will only be considered if reported with photo/video within 24 hours

#### 2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- The item is damaged, defective, or wrong item was sent
- For gummies/supplements: Due to health/safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless damaged, defective, or close to expiry

#### 3. EXPIRY & QUALITY ASSURANCE
- Expiry Date: All supplements are clearly labeled with a manufacturing and expiry date on the packaging. contact for reason why there is no expiry found.
- Minimum Shelf Life: We only ship products with at least 4 months until expiry
- Near-Expiry Returns: If you receive a product with less than 2 months to expiry, contact us within 7 days and we’ll offer an exchange or refund
- Storage: To maintain quality, store in a cool, dry place. We’re not responsible for quality issues due to improper storage after delivery

#### 4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Opened  supplements, or personal care items, unless damaged, defective, or near expiry
- Items past their expiry date at time of complaint
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Returns requested after 7 days
- Items accepted without reporting issues at delivery

#### 5. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
1. Send us a DM/WhatsApp with your order number + photo of expiry date + issue
2. Our team will confirm within 24 hours
3. For defective/wrong/near-expiry items: We’ll cover return shipping + send replacement or refund
4. For change-of-mind: Customer covers return shipping

#### 6. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
- Refunds: Processed to original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive the item
- Exchanges: New item with good expiry date will be shipped once we confirm the return
- Shipping fees are non-refundable except for errors on our part

#### 7. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Please send photos within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll send a replacement ASAP.
